7. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

The use of the Site and the interpretation and application of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise provided for herein, Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for all disputes relating to use of the Site.
